Services and prices
Software first: built for your business, or ready to run from the first week. Then the website, the search presence and the brand around it. Each service lists what you get. A written scope with a fixed price comes before any work starts.
Software for your business
from ₹30,000
Two shapes. Personalised software: one business, its own rules, screens and documents. Multi-tenant software: one installation that serves many customers, each with its own account and its own data.
What you get
- A scoping call, then a written scope: screens, rules, what is out, the price and the dates.
- The rules written down before the first screen, in a ledger that stays with the project.
- Weekly releases on a staging address you can click, with a change note each time.
- Launch under your identity: your business name, logo and documents, with backups set up and documented.
- Thirty days of fixes after launch, then a support plan if you want one.
- Documentation and a handover written so the work never depends on one person.
Good fit: billing, records, stock, bookings, internal tools, and a product for one business that will later serve many. Poor fit: a native mobile app, or a system that must drive hardware on site.
Ready-to-run products
licensed per account
Two products already running every day. Your account is set up for your business, with your name, logo, documents and rules, usually within days.
Brimpa Care, for hospitals
Registration, OPD and IPD billing, case sheets, discharge summaries, printed documents in the hospital's name, WhatsApp bills, a queue display and an audit log. Set up for your requirements and your specialty, with modules that can be added later. How it is built.
CylinderPro, for gas distributors
Every cylinder's history, customer holdings and rent, bills and payments, the daily sales report, stock summary, filling log and purity certificates. One account per business, opened with a licence. How it is built.
Delivered as a set-up on the shared installation, or installed for you alone if your scope asks for it.
Websites with hosting
from ₹10,000
Designed and written for one business, fast on a phone, with hosting, the domain and a contact path that works, all set up for you.
What you get
- A direction chosen for your business, not a template; your own photographs over stock.
- The words: headline, pages, the questions your customers ask, written with you.
- Pages that load fast on a phone, in light and dark, with working forms, WhatsApp and phone links.
- Titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, submitted to Google and Bing.
- Privacy notice and consent on every form, drafted for your lawyer to review.
- Hosting, the domain and business email set up under your identity. The site runs on your domain.
Two of these are live: Guru Industries and Bhoomaa Hospital.
Search and AI visibility
after an audit
Being found where people now look: Google and Maps, and the answers written by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews.
What you get
- SEO. An audit of the live site: crawl, index, speed, titles, structured data, Google Business Profile, with every finding marked keep, modify or remove. Fixes only after you sign off the list.
- AEO, answer engine optimisation. Pages that answer the questions your customers ask, in their words, with the structured data that lets search engines show the answer directly.
- GEO, generative engine optimisation. Content and markup written so AI assistants can read, trust and cite your business when someone asks for what you sell.
- AIO, AI-ready pages. Clear facts about who you are, what you do, where and for whom, kept consistent across the site, your Business Profile and the directories AI tools read.
- A monthly routine you can keep: posts, reviews, hours, photos, and a check on what changed.
No promises on rankings. The audit says what can be measured and what cannot.
Brand
per brief
From the name to the files, for a new product or a business that has outgrown a JPEG.
What you get
- Name finding. Shortlists that are sayable, spellable and free as a domain and on the social networks.
- Trademark collision check. A search of the IP India register and a reverse-image search for marks that look or sound like yours, before you fall in love with one. Filing itself goes through your trademark attorney.
- Logo design. A mark and a wordmark, in every file you will ever need: SVG, PNG, favicon, app icon, light and dark.
- Brand identity. Colour, type and voice written down with the reasons, so every later surface matches, and a usage sheet your printer and your next designer can follow.
- Brand support. Templates for social posts, documents and presentations in your identity, and a hand when a new surface comes up.

Answers before you ask
The questions every first call starts with. Anything else goes to the contact page.
How much does a project cost?
Websites start at ₹10,000 and software at ₹30,000. Those are floors. After a thirty-minute call you get a written scope with a fixed price and dates, and nothing starts before you have read it.
How long does it take?
A business website usually takes two to four weeks. Software built for one business usually takes six to twelve weeks, released every week on a staging address so you see it grow. A ready-to-run product is set up in days.
What do I own at the end?
A website runs on your own domain and accounts, and you own its content and design. Custom software is yours when the scope says so; Brimpa Care and CylinderPro are licensed, with your data always yours to export.
Do you use templates?
No. The direction, the screens and the words are chosen for your business. Your own photographs are used over stock wherever you have them.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that a support plan covers updates, backups and small changes every month, or you take it over yourself.
Where are you, and can we meet?
Brimpa works from Gujarat, India, with clients in India and abroad. Calls are in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and a visit can be arranged for clients in North Gujarat.
