Terms
Draft for lawyer review. Version 0.1, 24 October 2026. Project work is governed by the written scope and agreement signed for that project; these terms cover this website and set out the usual shape of an engagement.
1. This website
- The site is published by Brimpa, a sole proprietorship operated by Badal in Gujarat, India. Contact: brimpatechnologies@gmail.com.
- Content is provided for information. Prices shown as "from" are starting points; the price for a project is the one in its written scope.
- Client names, logos and screenshots appear with the client's permission and belong to their owners.
- The Brimpa name, mark and mascot may not be reused without written permission.
2. How an engagement works
- Scope. Work starts only after a written scope is accepted: deliverables, exclusions, price, dates, and what the client supplies.
- Payment. A deposit before work starts and the balance at agreed milestones, as the scope states. Invoices are in Indian rupees unless the scope says otherwise. Brimpa is not registered for GST; this is stated on every invoice.
- Ownership. On full payment the client owns the content and design produced for the project, and a website is delivered on the client's own domain and accounts. Custom software is owned by the client when the scope says so; otherwise it is licensed. Brimpa keeps the right to reuse general techniques, libraries and its own tools, and to name the client and show the work unless the scope says otherwise.
- Licensed products. Brimpa Care and CylinderPro are licensed, not sold. Each hospital or business receives its own account and its own data; the software stays Brimpa's. Licence terms are in the product agreement.
- Changes. Work outside the scope is quoted separately before it starts.
- Support. Thirty days of fixes after launch are included. Support after that is by a separate arrangement.
- Client data. Data the client's product holds belongs to the client. Brimpa accesses it only as needed to do the work, under the product's data-protection terms.
- Liability. Brimpa's total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it. Brimpa is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or data loss caused by third-party services the client chose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Ending. Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed to that date is paid for and delivered.
- Law. These terms and every project are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to the lawyer's confirmation.
